Urban Ditty Artist Feature: Dosage

  This week's Urban Ditty Artist Feature is Philly's own Dosage. Recently returning from touring with Lupe Fiasco during his Steppin Lasers Tour , this lyrical emcee plans on taking the hip-hop scene by storm. He feels (just as Urban Ditty does) that musical talent throughout the city of Philadelphia is making a serious comeback over the nations airwaves.
  One aspect we noticed about Dosage is that he truly shows love and a great appreciation for his fans. You can always catch him responding on Twitter to the many mentions he receives from his fans all over the nation. Very rarely do artists reach out to their fanbase in small personal gestures in the manner that Dosage does. In doing this, he is establishing a foundation for his future success.
  Make sure you check out his new mixtape, "IT" which was released today in relation to the "8/20" fever you may have witnessed on Facebook. If you enjoy what your hear, by all means give a listen to his previous mixtape "Sand and Foam", which pairs the insight of Lebanese poet & philosopher, Kahlil Gibran, with Dosages one of a kind style of lyricism.
