"Best and Better" Solo Showing Review

Is it an effectuation with hands reaching from out the ground? Or did the inspiration emanate from a recent loss? Anni Altshuler, a Philadelphia artist and current student at The University of The Arts, also located in Philadelphia, tells it all. Anni interprets her pieces as women who struggle to find their place in life, or as she best described it, “being half way there." Some of the work featured at her “Best and Better" solo showing consist of only women groups taking on masculine duties. Anni feels that she has a fairly close connection with women, and women unity.
